2. Information collected

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, type of inquiry, company or organization, and the contents of your message. Hosting, security, and form-delivery services may also process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser, device, and access date and time to operate and protect the site.

3. How information is used

4. FormSubmit and other service providers

The contact form uses FormSubmit to transmit inquiries to the site operator’s email address. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See its documentation. Hosting and security providers may process technical data necessary to provide their services.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages viewed, general traffic source, country, device type, and performance. Site hosting, security, and FormSubmit or reCAPTCHA may use technologies that are strictly necessary to prevent abuse, maintain security, and process the contact form.

6. Data retention

Email inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain the requested professional relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, they are reasonably deleted or anonymized. FormSubmit states that submissions stored through its service are retained for 30 days.

7. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights
